Follow these steps the first time you sign in.

Sign in
Go to https://newspub.vip/login and sign in with the email you used at checkout and your password.

Change your password
Open the account menu at the top right, choose Account, and press Email me a code. Type the code from your inbox with your new password. Do this first: the starting password is the same for every new member.

Start your publication
On Home, press Start My Newsletter. Pick a topic or type your own, then give your publication a name, say who it is for, choose how often it goes out and pick its web address.

Let the AI write your first newsletter
Press Create and write my first newsletter. The AI writes a complete newsletter in about a minute.

Read it, edit it, publish it
Open the newsletter and change any heading, paragraph or list you like. Changes save on their own. When you are happy, press Publish.

Share your page
Press View my page at the top of the screen to get your publication's link. Share it in your bio, your posts and with friends so readers can sign up.
Common questions
I did not get the welcome email
Check your spam, junk and promotions folders, and add hello@newspub.vip to your contacts. Some email providers block messages from new senders. You do not need the email to get started: your login details are always at https://newspub.vip/access.
My password does not work
If you have already changed your password, use the one you chose. Forgotten it? Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page and we will email you a link to choose a new one.
How do I get my first newsletter out?
Press "Create newsletter" on Home. The AI writes it in about a minute. Read it, change anything you like, then press Publish. You get a link to share straight away.
Where do my readers sign up?
Every publication has its own page with a sign-up box. Find the link under "View my page" at the top of the screen. Share it in your bio, in posts and with friends.
Do my readers get emails?
Your page shows every newsletter. To send newsletters to inboxes, connect an email service such as beehiiv, Kit or Mailchimp from "Email services". That service sends the emails and asks new readers to confirm they want them.
How many publications and newsletters can I have?
You can run up to 3 publications, and write 15 newsletters for each one every 7 days. Newsletters free up again as the week rolls on. Unlimited Creation removes both limits.
Can I change what the AI wrote?
Yes. Every heading, paragraph and list is editable. Drag the handle to reorder. Changes save on their own.
Something says "Needs a retry"
Sometimes the writer cannot finish. Open the newsletter and press "Try again". Failed attempts never count toward your weekly newsletters.
I bought an upgrade but it is still locked
Upgrades unlock within a minute of payment. Refresh the page. If it is still locked after 10 minutes, email us with your receipt.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from. Once refunded, the matching feature is switched off automatically.
